3. Fees & Compensation (No Upfront Fees)

Vanguard operates on a strict contingency basis.

  • No Upfront Costs: We do not charge any fees to investigate, locate, or initiate your claim.
  • Contingency Fee: We only receive compensation if we successfully recover your funds. Our fee is a percentage of the recovered amount, strictly regulated by state law.
  • Transparency: You will be provided with a clear, written agreement detailing our fee structure before any work begins.

4. Client Obligations

To successfully process your claim, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your identity and relationship to the estate.
  • Provide necessary documentation (ID, death certificates, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Cooperate with our agents and legal partners throughout the verification process.

5. No Legal Advice

Vanguard Asset Recovery LLC is an asset recovery firm, not a law firm. While we partner with licensed attorneys to process complex claims, the information provided on our website or by our agents does not constitute legal advice. For specific legal counsel, you should consult an attorney.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vanguard makes no guarantees regarding the final approval of any claim, as all unclaimed property is ultimately disbursed by the respective state agency. We are not liable for delays or denials caused by state processing times or incomplete client documentation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wyoming or the state where the claim is being processed.
